Vogue Tex gain 3% productivity by quick decision making through Fast React

Vogue Tex is a Sri Lanka-based ladieswear manufacturer supplying major European brands, operating nine factories with about 6,900 employees and producing around 760,000 garments per month. Rapid growth created frequent pre-production disruptions and day-to-day plan changes that eroded capacity, made critical-path management difficult and reduced production efficiency.

To address this they deployed Fast React’s Evolve to centralise capacity planning and link pre-production critical paths to the production schedule, using visual planning boards and daily updates to surface issues earlier. The system saved planners’ time, improved material availability and PCD hit rates, sustained continuous supply to the shop floor, and delivered a 3% productivity increase and a 12% rise in sales.
