Viet Vuong adopts Fast React’s Evolve to get a few steps closer to its smart factory vision

Viet Vuong is a privately owned Vietnamese garment manufacturer founded in 1999, now operating three factories with nearly 3,000 staff and producing over 3 million sportswear, waterproof and leisure garments annually for clients such as Decathlon and Columbia. Pursuing a “smart factory” vision, the company faced planning bottlenecks, heavy manual coordination, frequent meetings, line idling and occasional late deliveries despite investments in ERP and real‑time data systems.

To close those gaps Viet Vuong adopted Fast React’s Evolve planning software to centralize information, speed up planning and provide early warnings of bottlenecks. The implementation is expected to improve cross‑department visibility, enable faster, more detailed plans, reduce line idling and last‑minute changes, and increase overall efficiency and responsiveness to customer demands.
