Univogue Group, a family-run Bangladesh garment manufacturer since the early 1970s, produces bottoms, outerwear and wrinkle-free/no-iron pants across 26 production lines for brands including Haggar (70% of capacity), Ralph Lauren, H&M, Walmart and others. Facing pressure from low-cost competitors and an open trade policy, the business found its spreadsheets no longer provided visibility into capacity, sampling and approvals, material availability and work-in-progress, resulting in missed delivery dates, increased firefighting, quality and efficiency losses, and rising costs.
To address this, Univogue selected Fast React’s Evolve production-planning software to streamline processes and integrate with HR and finance systems, giving clearer visibility of constraints and past performance. The system is expected to lift productivity by about 5%, support an expansion of 20 additional production lines (targeting ~9.6 million units/year) and reduce delays and excess costs, helping the group regain competitiveness.
