Tusuka, a Bangladesh based specialist manufacturer and exporter of denim jeans and casual trousers, supplies leading brands including H&M, Zara, WE, Springfield, Carrefour, Silver Jeans, El Corte Inglis and VF Corporation. Since 2001 the business has grown from 2 to 38 lines and added a world class in-house laundry, creating complexity in prioritising hundreds of styles, orders, material items and product development jobs and increasing the risk of human error in planning and pre-production.

Tusuka selected Fast React’s Evolve solution to simplify prioritisation and give teams clear visibility of outstanding activities and immediate problem highlighting. Improved Materials and Pre-Production management has enabled on-time production starts, smoother planning, longer production runs (sewing on 1 line instead of splitting into 2-3 lines), lower costs from higher efficiency and reduced defects and waste, and better sourcing visibility; Tusuka will also be a pilot site for Fast React’s new Costing, Material Purchasing and Material Inventory control modules.
