Tefron Targets Seamless Digital Transformation With Support From Coats Digital’s FastReactPlan

Tefron, a pioneer in seamless garment construction since 1977 that uses digital printing and 3D knitting to make intimates and sportswear for brands like Victoria’s Secret and Under Armour, moved much of its production to Jordan as it scaled. Rapid growth exposed reliance on analogue processes and disconnected tools across its knitting and sewing operations, creating planning, forecasting and production bottlenecks that hurt lead times, efficiency and responsiveness.

To address this, Tefron partnered with Coats Digital in October 2020 to implement FastReactPlan, replacing manual workflows with a visual planning platform that models forecasts, capacities, materials and critical paths and provides a high‑level board for strategic decision‑making. The solution is expected to streamline order allocation and confirmation, improve scenario visibility, reduce lead times and inventory through just‑in‑time planning, and support ongoing digital transformation and growth.
