Reliable Source Industrial Implements Evolve to Help Increase Production Efficiencies and Streamline Processes

Reliable Source Industrial (RSI) is a Taiwan-founded (1972) apparel manufacturer of yoga wear, sportswear and swimwear, employing 7,000 people across five countries and producing over 25 million garments a year for brands like Lululemon, Under Armour and Nike. RSI found its existing ERP and barcode systems unable to keep pace with rapid growth and needed better tools to boost production efficiency, improve space utilisation, and enhance communication and planning across locations and departments.

RSI implemented Fast React’s Evolve planning software, piloting it at its Taiwan headquarters and an Indonesian factory with delivery in under three months and plans to extend capacity planning to other sites. The solution delivered clearer visibility across order books, capacity, pre-production, materials and production status, reduced manual reporting, improved data transparency and integrity, and positioned RSI to raise utilisation and operational efficiency.
