Phong Phu International (PPJ) is a leading Vietnamese denim manufacturer with 15 sewing units, 9 laundries and 14 finishing facilities producing around 21 million garments a year. Rapid growth and the complexity of denim laundry and finishing—where a single style can require 10–22 processes and bottlenecks shift by process—meant planning was fragmented across departments, causing poor end‑to‑end visibility, delivery delays and rising freight costs.
