MM Exports is a New Delhi–based, design-led fashion manufacturer supplying high‑value knitted, netted and woven garments to global retailers. With an 800‑person factory producing about 500,000 garments a year and 95% of styles requiring complex value‑added finishes (embroidery, printing, bead attach, washing, tie‑dye, laser), the company struggled to plan and control multiple in‑house and subcontracted processes, manage supplier capacities, track WIP and produce accurate production schedules — issues that threatened margins during peak seasons.
