Goldline UK, a major supplier of footwear to high-street retailers, faced operational strain as designers and technicians travelled frequently to the Far East to monitor samples and production. A prior ERP proved too rigid and was abandoned, leaving the business dependent on spreadsheets and in need of an easy-to-use system to support growth and improve visibility and control.
