PT. Eratex Djaja is an Indonesian garment manufacturer with two factories in Probolinggo producing around 1,000,000 woven garments per month for global brands. The company was struggling to manage complex pre-production activities across many customers, relying on manual Excel spreadsheets and lacking clear visibility of materials, trims and priorities — issues that caused delays and threatened growth and service levels.
