Hirdaramani to Roll-Out Fast React Planning Solution across the Group

Hirdaramani Group is a long-established apparel manufacturer supplying knit and woven garments to global brands, with over 28,000 employees across six countries. Facing rising industry pressure to control costs, boost operational efficiency and improve customer service, the group needed a faster, more visible planning capability able to manage changing requirements and integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP.

Fast React’s Evolve planning solution was rolled out to two Sri Lankan units, providing factory-level capacity management and detailed sewing-line scheduling fully integrated with Dynamics AX. After go-live, Hirdaramani saw significantly reduced manual data entry and errors, a faster, more responsive planning process, and freed-up planning capacity to focus on efficiency and cost—paving the way for group-wide rollout and a shift to continuous improvement with defined KPIs.
