Grumax, a 20+-year-old apparel manufacturer based in Xalapa, Mexico with over 600 employees, makes sportswear for brands such as Under Armour, Decathlon, Speedo and Calvin Klein as well as B2B personalized garments. Facing increasingly complex production demands, the company needed to move beyond Excel-based planning to standardize procedures, compress lead times, and reduce inventory and planning effort to support accelerated growth.

Grumax selected Fast React’s Evolve planning and control system — a visual, modular platform providing line-level planning, scheduling of secondary operations, MRP and a KPI dashboard with early-warning alerts.
