Global Apparel Manufacturer, Esquel Group, Adopts new Planning System to Support Growth Plan

Esquel Group, one of the world’s largest apparel manufacturers supplying brands such as Hugo Boss, Nike and Polo Ralph Lauren, produces nearly 100 million cotton shirts annually across facilities in China, Malaysia, Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. To support ambitious growth targets and improve responsiveness, the company needed to centralise capacity management and production planning across its global, multi-stage manufacturing operations.

Esquel has adopted FastReact’s Evolve planning system and begun rolling it out across its Hong Kong head office and worldwide facilities to centralise information, streamline coordination and improve visibility across the supply chain. The implementation is expected to boost production efficiency, on-time delivery and responsiveness to customer demand, with full rollout targeted within 12 months to help sustain Esquel’s competitive edge.
