Denimatrix, a Guatemala City–based denim manufacturer of about 2,000 people that supplies premium brands, faced labor‑intensive, largely manual planning methods with independent process planning that limited visibility, control and flexibility. To support faster, profitable growth the company needed to reduce lead times and WIP while improving productivity and maintaining competitive price points.

Denimatrix selected Fast React’s modular Evolve planning and control solution to provide a single point of reference across departments and simultaneously manage capacity, pre‑production critical paths and materials.
