Delta Textile, part of Delta Galil, is a leading manufacturer of intimate apparel, men's underwear and socks with vertically integrated operations and four factories in Egypt producing around 80–85k pieces per day. Despite a robust Movex ERP, planning was done on spreadsheets, giving poor visibility into schedules and change impacts; planners spent much of their time firefighting to meet customer delivery dates.
