City of Dallas cuts work order turnaround from weeks to 1–2 days with Coast

The City of Dallas, a government entity in Oregon, faced a significant challenge as its facility division lacked any maintenance strategy or software to organize and document its work. This made it impossible to prove the division's value and secure an adequate budget. To address this, Facility Foreman Matt Butler sought an affordable and intuitive CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and chose Coast for its ease of use and cost-effectiveness.
