Driftwood Group, a Sydney-based human resources and recruitment agency, launched the Glow Up Careers program to bring storytelling and strategic career coaching to job seekers who were submitting overly long, impersonal resumes and outdated public profiles. To scale a blended learning model of course content plus one-on-one coaching, Driftwood Group selected Coassemble (Growth/Pro plan) as their online learning platform after testing several LMS options.

Using the Coassemble platform, Driftwood Group built an efficient enrolment flow—users pay and book coaching, complete a pre-assessment in a Coassemble campus, and consume designer-built course materials—while tracking participant results. The Coassemble solution helped Glow Up grow from one course to six, teach 120 learners, and earn a shortlist spot in the Seek SARA Awards for Most Innovative Agency of the Year; Driftwood Group is now also running pro‑bono programs with community partners for refugees and new migrants.
