Cultivate International, a Minnesota-based not-for-profit that develops and equips local community leaders across several countries, needed a scalable way to deliver training to community insiders — face-to-face delivery wasn’t feasible and learners needed bite-size, revisit-able content. After testing options, Cultivate International selected Coassemble and now uses Coassemble’s authoring tool (Lite/Core plan) to create short, frequent modules for external training.

Using Coassemble, Cultivate built bite-size courses, quizzes and centralized reporting so learners can access materials anywhere and staff can track progress and spot issues early; Elaine reports it has saved “a tonne” of hours. The program has raised learner confidence, produced measurable benefits — about a 25% increase in donations for participating community insiders — and real community impact, including one graduate in Zambia starting a school that educates 50 children.
