With CoachMePlus, Notre Dame built shared dashboards and data visualizations tailored to different sports and staff needs, creating a “single lens” for everyone to review athlete information. The result was better cross-functional communication, more athlete engagement and ownership of their data, and a more efficient, science-informed approach to performance management, though no specific numerical impact was provided.
