Canisius College, an NCAA mid-major athletic program, needed a more efficient way to manage athlete performance data and support student-athlete welfare across nearly 300 athletes with a small staff. The college turned to CoachMePlus and its athlete data management platform to streamline workout planning, monitor lifestyle factors, and reduce the time spent handling spreadsheets and manual data entry.

CoachMePlus implemented daily questionnaires, individualized program-builder workouts with support videos, athlete dashboards, custom reports, and an on-site assessment monitor to centralize performance information and improve communication among coaches, trainers, and administrators. By June 2015, 7 of 16 teams and about 150 student-athletes were using the system, helping coaches assess compliance faster, educate athletes, and make more informed interventions and training adjustments with less administrative work.
