SumUp, a payments technology provider with 1,700+ employees across Germany, the UK, the US, Brazil, Poland and Bulgaria, needed to scale individualized leadership coaching beyond its local network of independent coaches. SumUp engaged CoachHub to provide digital, professional coaching through a global network of coaches able to support leaders across different time zones, locations and languages.

CoachHub delivered a digital coaching programme that SumUp rolled out to a voluntary initial cohort identified by its People Team; participants received one-to-one coaching during a challenging pandemic period and reported positive initial feedback on personal and professional support. CoachHub’s trusted, quality-assured network enabled SumUp to expand coaching reach and accessibility, and the company is collecting feedback to integrate CoachHub’s digital coaching into its global leadership development portfolio.
