Safran Landing Systems uses coaching to boost its operational performance

Safran Landing Systems, the Safran group’s world leader in landing and braking systems with over 6,700 employees across 23 sites, faced unprecedented operational and people-management challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. To help frontline line managers respond quickly to changing conditions and support their teams, Safran Landing Systems partnered with CoachHub to deliver individual digital “flash” coaching courses.

CoachHub provided short, targeted digital coaching sessions launched in September 2020 that helped managers identify actionable operational improvements and improve communication and performance. In 2020, 31 participants in six countries (Canada, United States, France, Mexico, Singapore and the United Kingdom) took part; 86% were satisfied or very satisfied and 83% recommended the CoachHub approach. Feedback was shared with HR to measure impact, and FNE funding was used to support coaching in France.
