Pernod Ricard, a global wine and spirits leader, faced the dual challenge of driving its “Transform & Accelerate” plan while keeping employees engaged through rapid change and a global pandemic. To upskill mid-level managers—seen as the “transmission belts” for transformation—and to roll out a new leadership program remotely, Pernod Ricard partnered with CoachHub to deliver personalized digital coaching across the organization.

CoachHub implemented a digital coaching program in October 2020 for mid-level managers in EMEA and LATAM, using internal reports to set individualized focus areas and build bespoke coaching sessions. The CoachHub solution drove strong engagement and measurable impact: 100% of coachees were satisfied with their coach and 84% were satisfied with CoachHub’s platform, and Pernod Ricard plans to expand coaching to executives and further personalize the journey.
