Movinga, a Berlin-based moving and logistics company of about 200 employees, faced a leadership-development gap after rapid early growth and a lean organizational structure with no internal capacity for mentoring or coaching. With 23 nationalities and four major languages and ongoing market expansion and management changes, Movinga needed flexible, multilingual support for new and existing managers — so they partnered with CoachHub to deliver digital coaching.
CoachHub implemented tailored, on-the-job digital coaching from a broad pool of coaches (including native-language coaches), rolling the service out in three-month cohorts every quarter starting with senior and mid management and expanding to team leaders and newcomers. The program improved work–life balance, helped managers structure decisions and accelerate learning, and proved technically convenient — results that have driven continued cohort-based rollouts by CoachHub across the organization.
