Euler Hermes supports their HRBPs with CoachHub’s digital coaching sessions

Euler Hermes, part of the Allianz group and the world leader in trade credit insurance, needed to upskill its HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support wide-ranging transformations (digitalization, process simplification, innovation and job evolution). To develop strategic behavioral and situational skills across a geographically and culturally diverse group of 37 HRBPs in 19 nationalities, Euler Hermes partnered with CoachHub to deliver scalable digital coaching sessions via videoconference.

CoachHub delivered a six-session remote coaching program with certified executive coaches, letting each participant focus on one or two of six target skills (e.g., Impact & Leadership, Strategic vision, Coaching attitude). Around 40 staff completed the 2020 rollout across 20 cities and 10 languages; 100% of participants reported satisfaction and would recommend their coach. CoachHub’s digital approach proved effective during COVID-19 and helped Euler Hermes plan a broader transformation coaching solution to strengthen global HRBP collaboration.
