Engie GBS, the Business Unit that provides functional support across Engie, needed to strengthen managerial practices to support fast-paced transformations—new information systems, remote work, process re-engineering, digitalization and dynamic workspaces. To reinforce collective intelligence and manager empowerment within its Management 3.0 initiative, Engie chose CoachHub’s digital coaching solution for its simplicity, quality and cost.
CoachHub delivered a Train & Coach program that let participants choose certified coaches, complete eight coaching sessions and a DISC personality assessment, and set development goals with their line managers. Around 50 managers have participated so far; the program achieved 100% participant and platform satisfaction and 92.8% reporting significant progress on their goals, helping Engie GBS improve leadership, delegation and performance while preparing to scale CoachHub to non-managers and a collective program for 200 managers.
