EBRD boosts leadership coaching with CoachHub, achieving 5/5 participant satisfaction

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) faced the challenge of promoting sustainable leadership and well-being while advancing its digital strategy, especially after the pandemic halted classroom trainings. To empower its high-potential female leaders and work towards a goal of having 50% women on its succession plan, EBRD partnered with CoachHub to implement a digital coaching program.

CoachHub provided a digital coaching solution that allowed participants to focus on personal areas of improvement, such as building confidence and proactivity. The program resulted in a significant mindset shift for many participants, with one coachee securing a promotion by applying what she learned.
