To deliver a unified, inclusive coaching policy with global reach, Criteo partnered with CoachHub to provide a digital coaching solution that could be accessed internally or externally as needed.
CoachHub implemented a scalable digital coaching program that rolled out across eight countries and already served several dozen managers, delivering coaching courses without compromising coach quality or methodology. The initiative produced measurable outcomes—100% of participants were satisfied or very satisfied, participants made 35% progress on initial goals, and improvements were reflected in the employee engagement survey.
