CoachHub provides coaching to female talent at Nexans to promote diversity and equality within the Group

Nexans, a global industrial group, faced low female representation among its top leaders (about 15% of the top 100) and launched the Women in Nexans (WiN) initiative to create a network, build a leadership pipeline, and foster an inclusive environment. CoachHub was engaged to provide online executive coaching for female talent as part of the WiN program.

CoachHub rolled out a pilot of its online executive coaching platform that was extended to high potentials, talents and in some cases their managers, offering flexible, multilingual coaching across the Group. The program delivered strong outcomes: 88% of participants said they reached their coaching goals, 100% would recommend their coach, and overall satisfaction was 4.4/5, while enabling global reach and manager support for participants’ development.
