Chloé rolls out CoachHub’s digital coaching solution to create a learning culture

Chloe, the French luxury fashion house, faced a Learning & Development challenge: short training modules weren’t producing lasting behavior change across its global teams. To embed sustained development into day-to-day work and align with its L&D strategy, Chloe turned to CoachHub and deployed CoachHub’s digital executive coaching solution to create a custom, work‑rooted learning experience.

CoachHub rolled out a “Performance Development” program in May 2019 across departments (Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, HR, Supply Chain), where participants chose coaches via presentation videos, completed sessions on CoachHub’s digital platform, and measured progress with end‑of‑coaching questionnaires. The initiative produced clear impact: 100% of participants reported being highly satisfied, 100% would recommend the approach, and 100% valued their relationship with their coach, with coaches providing practical tools to sustain new learnings—CoachHub and Chloe plan to make the program a core training offering.
