CoachHub provided a turnkey digital coaching platform—matching multilingual coaches to participants, managing onboarding, scheduling and reporting—to deliver customized coaching across three tiers. The UK program covers nearly 400 leaders (with about 30 currently in active coaching), using 45‑minute sessions every two weeks; BNP Paribas reports strong positive feedback, clearer development outcomes, reduced admin for Talent Development, and a cost‑effective way to scale leadership development across the business.
