B.Braun, a global developer of healthcare solutions with 64,500+ employees and a production facility in Saxony employing more than 1,000 people, needed to shift from traditional top-down leadership to shop-floor empowerment. To free managers from operative tasks so they could focus on employee development—and because many staff work in shifts—B.Braun engaged CoachHub to provide flexible digital coaching accessible by smartphone.

CoachHub delivered rapid, customer-oriented digital coaching to more than 100 participants (primarily middle management and some executives), enabling managers to reflect on and adopt new management styles, build trust through peer exchange, and embed empowerment and agile ways of working. The remote format increased participation and openness (notably among male participants), created a leadership network, and established a systematic manager development approach that met B.Braun’s needs.
