A CoachHub Case Study
ASICS, a global sports-equipment producer with 8,904 employees, wanted to scale learning and development across the EMEA region while making coaching more accessible, sustainable and language-inclusive. Traditional coaching at ASICS had been costly, hard to coordinate, limited to senior people and often only available in English, so they sought a digital coaching partner and engaged CoachHub to broaden access and put employees in the driver’s seat of their development.
CoachHub delivered a mobile, flexible digital coaching platform that lets coachees select coaches, set preferences and own scheduling, reducing travel and coordination overhead. After a 10-person pilot, ASICS launched a six‑month program for 20 senior leaders; participants gave coaching an average rating of 4.9, the cohort completed 140 coaching sessions since June 1, and L&D gained dashboards and strength assessments to track progress and identify high-potential talent—demonstrating CoachHub’s measurable impact on engagement, scalability and talent discovery.
