The NSW Government faced a significant challenge with its outdated, manual form processing system, which led to inefficient operations, poor data quality, and high costs. Two previous attempts to implement electronic forms had failed. The government partnered with CNBS Software to find a solution that would provide secure, easy-to-use eForms that integrated deeply with its existing SAP system and could be adopted across its diverse agencies.

CNBS Software implemented a solution built on the SAP Fiori platform, which integrated seamlessly with the government's backend SAP ECC rules and workflows. This allowed for the creation of customized eForms that met each agency's specific needs without requiring multiple versions. The project was a success, resulting in the delivery of 50 eForms, complete user adoption, significant cost savings through automation, and the development of self-sufficient internal support capabilities for the NSW team.
