The Steritech Group, Inc., a leading North American provider of brand protection, food safety and commercial pest prevention services, had outgrown its patchwork of legacy technologies and needed a single, flexible platform to scale and support broader services. After a buy-vs-build evaluation, Steritech selected CMX (ComplianceMetrix) and its AuditMetrix™ platform for its PaaS architecture and industry experience to provide the stability of an off‑the‑shelf solution with custom adaptability.

CMX implemented the ComplianceMetrix operating platform across Steritech’s business—supporting sales, operations and mobile field‑service auditing—and delivered a branded version of AuditMetrix™, OnBrand360™, to customers. The result: over 250 full‑time auditors now run roughly 125,000 audits annually, more than 600 major brands use OnBrand360™ to manage audit data and corrective actions, and Steritech can scale to serve its 50,000+ clients while continuing to innovate.
