CMX implemented ActivityStudio™—a drag-and-drop form and program builder with web and native iOS, Android and Windows apps, offline capability, automated corrective action/preventative action (CAPA) workflows and repeat-detection features. Since going live in early 2019, 130+ internal auditors have completed 5,000+ audits; repeat detection has reduced recurrence of issues and sped up root-cause response times, managers can remediate problems with auditor sign-off, and CMX’s platform enabled immediate updates, custom reports and measurable improvement in food-safety and quality oversight.
