StraightONE, a fast-growing German research firm, needed a faster way to gather rich customer feedback for behavioral economic models and design-thinking projects. After finding that long-term communities were too costly and slow, they looked for a short-term insights community solution and used CMNTY’s platform, including the Money Talk community, to collect targeted input from participants over just a few days.
With CMNTY, StraightONE set up short-term communities quickly, used forums, questionnaires, gamification, and challenge features, and let clients observe feedback in real time. The result was higher response rates, hundreds of comments and ideas in some communities, and much faster answers for clients—often within a few days—making CMNTY a valuable research tool for their agile workflows.
