Lufthansa, through Markus Eichel at the Lufthansa School of Business, needed a way to keep 500 to 800 trainees engaged between live workshops and improve collaboration around workshop topics. To address this, Lufthansa explored a community platform approach, with the goal of making participation easy for both digital natives and employees who were less active on mobile devices.

Using the CMNTY Platform, Lufthansa created a mobile-ready, responsive community that allowed members to collaborate, share ideas, and access top management more easily.
