Lufthansa, through Markus Eichel at the Lufthansa School of Business, needed a way to keep 500 to 800 trainees engaged between live workshops and improve collaboration around workshop topics. To address this, Lufthansa explored a community platform approach, with the goal of making participation easy for both digital natives and employees who were less active on mobile devices.
Using the CMNTY Platform, Lufthansa created a mobile-ready, responsive community that allowed members to collaborate, share ideas, and access top management more easily. CMNTY’s flexibility let the team customize the experience, while built-in analysis tools, surveys, polls, and segmentation helped Markus understand member needs and motivations. The result was stronger engagement and improved team collaboration, with conversations centralized in one platform and employees feeling their input reached leadership.
