Uprite Construction is a multi‑service construction firm founded in 1991 and headquartered in Irvine, CA, delivering commercial, industrial and semiconductor projects across six states. Facing prohibitively high software costs, limited functionality, frequent double data entry and inadequate vendor support from their legacy systems, Uprite needed a more integrated, cost‑effective ERP to improve accuracy and productivity.

Uprite implemented CMiC’s construction ERP—deploying Financials (GL/AP/AR), Project Controls (job costing, subcontractor compliance, change management, job billing), ECM (imaging, workflow, Outlook/Explorer) and integrations with Textura and Procore. The result has been faster AP and project workflows, reduced data redundancy, improved access to integrated reports and dashboards for quicker, data‑driven decisions, with plans to adopt additional CMiC features like vendor onboarding.
