Miron Construction, a long-established contractor expanding from commercial and industrial work into more negotiated bids, preconstruction, and virtual construction services, was struggling with about 18 siloed systems and paper-based workflows. The company needed a fully integrated enterprise platform to connect accounting, payroll, project management, and project controls, and turned to CMiC ERP to support that shift.

CMiC implemented an all-in-one platform covering most of Miron’s financials, human capital management, and project management, and used pre-built adapters to integrate Kofax OCR for automatic invoice recognition. The result was faster, centralized job cost reporting with data updated everywhere from a single entry, plus easier jobsite access through CMiC’s mobile field app, reducing the need for laptops during audits and giving project teams more ownership of their work.
