Mavin Construction, a Greenville, South Carolina general contractor, needed a more flexible and scalable system to support diverse project types and eliminate the bottlenecks created by data trapped in desktops and spreadsheets. The company found its existing Sage 100 setup too limited, and turned to CMiC for a platform that could better connect the field and back office.

The result was streamlined workflows, with change orders sent directly in the system, project managers approving invoices in CMiC’s Imaging and Workflow modules, and DocuSign speeding electronic signatures. Mavin also cut significant administrative time and reduced paper handling and invoice pulling after approval.
