Affordable Solar Deploys CMiC’s Complete Construction Platform to Support the Next 20 Years of Growth

Affordable Solar, a New Mexico-based specialty contractor focused on renewable energy and solar arrays, needed a more scalable way to support growth. The company had outgrown NetSuite for inventory and QuickBooks for accounting, and wanted to replace manual procurement and invoicing with a fully integrated, standardized solution. CMiC’s construction ERP platform was selected to help address these challenges.

CMiC implemented an automated, end-to-end workflow that connected order placement through approval, while also giving Affordable Solar’s team CMiC’s Productivity Module to track and maintain KPIs. Since going live in August 2019, Affordable Solar has adopted the platform across both office and field teams, enabling live monthly project and finance reviews and supporting confidence in long-term growth with CMiC.
