Music Streaming Company worked with Cluep to rapidly increase trial sign-ups for a monthly music subscription service that offered a free trial and exclusive content. The challenge was to drive high-intent subscriptions that required credit card information, while reaching fans who were most likely to respond to the featured artist.
Using Cluep Posts and Cluep Places, Cluep targeted active fans talking about upcoming or recent concerts, as well as people who had attended concerts 1–2 days earlier, and used relevant artist imagery to capture attention. The campaign achieved a 2.51% CTR, 5.8% subscription conversion rate, and 7x return on ad spend, while lowering CPA to nearly one quarter of previous approaches and helping expand the campaign across the artist’s full North American and international tour.
