IDA, the Danish Society of Engineers, supports more than 150,000 members across Denmark with career advice, legal help, insurance, trainings, and other resources. However, its old search experience was too basic to reliably help members find the right content or fully understand the breadth of benefits available, so IDA looked for a user-friendly search solution with rich analytics and greater control for its web team. After evaluating several providers, IDA chose Cludo search.

Cludo helped IDA redesign its search results page with custom facets, banners, and boosting to guide members toward relevant content, highlight events, and surface more of the organization’s value propositions. The new experience increased exploration across IDA’s website, drove more traffic to pages and categories that previously saw little search activity, and delivered a 25% increase in traffic to one of its pages from search.
