VariFit is an online and face-to-face fitness instructor business run by Sallyanne Foster. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the business needed a simple way to move classes online, manage capped in-person sessions, and reduce the burden of manual admin, especially as Sallyanne had never used business software before. ClubRight provided the member management platform used to help VariFit make that transition.

ClubRight’s setup support and Zoom integration enabled VariFit to run online classes, take bookings and payments, manage waiting lists, send bulk messages, and give members access through the app. The results were significant: VariFit grew from around 100 members to 350 registered customers and gained 350 new registrations, while also improving customer loyalty and cutting admin time. Sallyanne said ClubRight helped take the business to another level and made it much easier to manage and grow.
