Atrium Fitness, a 10,500 sq ft health club with around 1,200 members, had been through multiple gym software systems over the years and was frustrated by unreliable platforms, outdated technology, and a manual paper-based joining process. They needed a more forward-thinking solution to handle online joining, memberships, class bookings, and payments, while also supporting the business through the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. ClubRight was chosen as the gym management software to replace their previous system and Direct Debit collection setup.
ClubRight implemented a smooth onboarding and provided tools for task automation, online sign-ups, payment chasing, credit control, promo codes, member segmentation, and class booking, along with a Zoom integration during lockdowns and a member app with push notifications. Atrium Fitness says the system simplified administration, improved collection rates because failed payments are chased automatically, and helped streamline staffing enough to save more than the system costs. The club described the transition as simple and pain-free and said they could not run the gym without ClubRight.
