MakeSpace - Customer Case Study

MakeSpace, a technology company with teams in New York and several U.S. markets, helps customers store and manage belongings through pickup, delivery, and an app. As the company expanded, its product team needed a more scalable way to organize work than GitHub story tracking and other tools, so it turned to Clubhouse to support collaboration and project management.

Using Clubhouse, MakeSpace adopted a Kanban-style workflow, documented meeting notes in Epics and Stories, and used filtering, Teams, and priority columns to keep work visible across about 25 users and five product teams. Clubhouse helped MakeSpace stay organized and focused, improved transparency around project value and priorities, and created a reliable record of actions and decisions for engineers, designers, and product managers.
