FullStory, a technology company in Atlanta, uses Clubhouse to coordinate its work across a flat, matrix-style organization. With “job families,” “Prove Its” decision sessions, and multiple teams needing their own workflows, the company needed a central system to keep everyone aligned and make it easier to manage ideas, tasks, and project ownership.

Clubhouse helped FullStory organize teams through separate workflows and strong project records, while the Clubhouse API enabled custom integrations into their internal tools. FullStory built bots like Horizon and later Conscious to route Slack requests into Clubhouse, automatically creating and assigning cards to the right team and notifying stakeholders. As a result, Clubhouse became deeply embedded in FullStory’s workflow, improving coordination and helping the company manage work more efficiently.
