Tripoli Rocketry Association Primed for Liftoff with ClubExpress

Tripoli Rocketry Association, founded in 1967, needed a better way to manage its member data and website updates. Its small, volunteer IT committee was spending too much time on manual website changes, and national member records were stored in static databases that had to be updated by hand each month, which created delays and room for error. ClubExpress was brought in to help with these association management challenges.

With ClubExpress, Tripoli Rocketry Association moved to a system that let volunteers update their own website sections without IT support and gave the organization constantly updated databases and Ad Hoc Reporting. The platform also supported more than 6,000 members with streamlined signup and payment options, along with tools for student members and educational materials. Neal Baker said ClubExpress “pays for itself,” and in 2022 the association named ClubExpress its Recommended Partner.
