The American Society of Botanical Artists - Customer Case Study

The American Society of Botanical Artists (ASBA), a 2000+ member organization, needed to improve its web presence and membership management while preserving the look and feel of its site. It also needed to keep member and exhibition galleries easy to use and visually appealing, with special programming to caption artwork to botanical art standards. ASBA worked with ClubExpress and its club and association management software to address these needs.

ClubExpress combined its platform with ASBA’s designs and custom programming to meet the organization’s specifications. ASBA reported a much larger number of early renewals after launching its Membership Renewal Drive in November, thanks to customizable and pre-scheduled renewal reminders, and it also plans to use ClubExpress for rolling memberships, webinars, symposium support, chapter management, and member galleries.
